Damages
Although we package your orders carefully, sometimes damages occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please notify both TJACK (1-704-661-2278) and the carrier immediately, keeping the package for inspection. We'll help you get things resolved quickly.
Easy Return Policies
We're dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. In the unlikely event of problems with your order, we will work with you to quickly and satisfactorily correct the situation according to the return policies outlined below. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you contact us at 1-704-661-2278 before shipping any returns.
TJACK will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date. Requests for product returns must be made in writing and receive approval from TJACK before replacement merchandise or a credit memo can be issued. To avoid delays, do not ship returns until this process is complete. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Freight and handling charges on returns of mistakenly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
